It is the Buyer’s responsibility to pay all relevant import VAT, custom duty and custom clearance fees required by the Buyer’s local Customs or tax authorities.
We guarantee to provide warranty free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and proper usage and service for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Warranty only covers those A-MoDe products which are purchased directly from the authorized distributors. The warranty does not cover those damages caused by mishandling, misuse, improper care,alteration and accidental damage or loss. Official purchase receipt must be presented when the defect product is returned for repair.
All warranty claims must be made in writing and e-mail to email@example.com . Our delivery address will be replied in the e-mail for returning the product. The product must be sent postage pre-paid and include the official purchase receipt as proof of purchase. We may either repair or replace the returned products during the warranty period.
We do not offer refunds on any merchandise purchased. Example, size, color unsatisfactory is not entitled for refund. Buyer will have to pay for BOTH shipping fee incurred by us AND the shipping fee for returning if Buyer want an exchange. For incorrect or defective items shipped,we have a 14 day return policy upon receipt of order by the buyer. Buyer can only exchange the merchandise for one time. For shipping costs associated with the return of a product(s), Buyer will responsible.
Prior to returning a product, please contact A-MoDe customer service either by sending email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or by calling (852)2191 2903 . It is important to let us know that a return is on its way to avoid any exchange delay. After contact with A-MoDe customer service, will be issued to ensure that all returns are handled properly. The return reference number must be clearly marked on the return packaging.
Once the order is placed, a confirmation email with full details of the order will be sent within an hour. Usually within 2 or 3 working days, another shipment confirmation email with a tracking number and confirmed delivery date will be sent. You may track the delivery status using the tracking number anytime via your internet. Depending on how strict your email accounts spam blocking settings are, the confirmation email may not be received and if you have any doubts about whether or not your order was successfully placed, please contact A-MoDe customer service at
